Eligibility Requirements
Before applying, please ensure that you meet the following criteria:
Individual Applicants:
- Must be in need of a computer due to financial hardship, educational requirements, or personal circumstances.
- Must provide proof of need (e.g., letter from school, a job application).
- Must be a resident of Australia.
Organizations & Charities:
- Must be a registered non-profit or charity working with underserved communities.
- Must provide a valid registration number or documentation.
Age & Location:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent if under 18.
- Only available to residents of Australia.

After your application is approved, delivery can take up to 4 weeks depending on your location and availability of devices.

While we try to match applicants with a suitable device, we cannot guarantee specific brands or models.
What happens if I no longer need the computer?
If you no longer require the device, we ask that you notify us so that it can be reallocated to someone else in need.
